I'm great when it comes to working with a group of people or alone. But I do have to say I work best alone
with minimum supervision. My most recent work I've been doing has been in a call center environment. I
enjoy interacting with people. I also have previous customer service experience, thanks to the retail stores I've
worked that gave me the skills I possess today. Although I'm still young and have much more to work on when

Troubleshoot customer technical alarm issues effectively and completely over the phone and assist customer
with questions and issues.

•Schedule a technician when necessary when over the phone troubleshooting cannot be resolved.
